Krewella at DAYLIGHT Beach Club Las Vegas July 5th Show Review

Covering over 50,000 square feet of outdoor space under the Vegas sun, Daylight is one of the premier day venues in all of the world.  Founded in September 2013, it quickly gained fame with a giant star studded DJ roster with residents, including Nicky Romero, Axwell, Skrillex, Sebastian Ingrosso, Alesso, and Krewella to name a few.  In partnership with Cirque Du Soleil the extravagant venue is literally turned on by the various performers and acts and visually spectacles, besides the beach bodes, that you will see here.

The pool itself is one of the largest pools on the strip measuring over 43,000 square feet with 2 super exclusive VIP bungalows, 27 cabanas, and 60 daybeds. This past Saturday those lucky enough to get into Daylight were treated to a show and spectacle brought by the always energetic and amazing EDM group, Krewella. The American trio from Chicago made up of Jahan Yousaf, Yasmine Yousaf and Kristopher “Rain Man” Trindl came on shortly after 1pm and played a terrific set full of electro house, progressive house, dubstep, and even some drum and bass.  Their D’n’B set at EDC earlier this month was quite a show and it really personifies their wide range for EDM in terms of taste and gamut.

Perhaps hands down there are known for their vocals and one of the highlights was when their hit Alive was dropped.  Other highlights including their new vocal mix of Tiesto’s Set Yourself Free.  Live for the Night was another highlight.  The list goes on and on…  Overall it was a great show and an even better start to another spectacular night on the Las Vegas strip.

Don’t miss.  Can’t miss.  Will not miss the next time Krewella comes to Daylight.  Mark your calendar with their future shows HERE.  Also check out their Beatport to listens to more songs and purchase their music HERE.
