Klingande

Klingande

Eye Heart NYE is always a good party. For the past few years, this event has happened in SF to bring in the new year and this year it was no different. The organizers brought their A game by bringing in a solid lineup as well as top tier production value. There was something to be seen and heard in all parts of the Fort Mason for this event. Hats off to the organizers for putting on another great show.

The headlining act for this show was Klingande. While many have not heard of Klingande, they sure got acquainted with him during his 2 hour set that begun shortly after 11:30 when local favorite Viceroy in his thigh high shorts got off the decks. With almost freezing point temperatures the crowd at Eye Heart SF could not wait to be done with 2016 and greet 2017 with gratitude, relief, and hope.

Cédric Steinmyller otherwise known as Klingande, played his hits as well as a number of mainstream remixes that the crowd was sure to know, sing along, and dance their butts off. Some of his sets highlights included, his hit single Somewhere New feat. M-22, Losing U feat. Daylight the original mix, his own remix of the Avicii single, Divine Sorrow, along with many other tracks. All in all it was a great NYE and the mix of music was a welcome surprise in a world and scene where almost every act is hard hitting big room electro and etc. In some time in the near future expect big things from this French producer, but for now we here at Tunestat would also like to wish you a new year and hope 2017 will be the best so far yet for you, your friends, and family.
