The Chainsmokers

The Chainsmokers

The Chainsmokers are hot right now. That is an understatement. You would be hard pressed to turn on the radio these days and not catch one of their tunes on the FM radio waves. They have gone mainstream in a sense, but still have not deviated from what made them such a huge success. They are one of the few, maybe only couple of DJ acts or shows, that put on a better live performance than there actual music. It’s an experience no less with the guys jumping up and down, raging, drinking, and just having a time of their lives. This past Friday at JEWEL was no different.

The newest club in Vegas, JEWEL, set in the Aria is the place to party as of right now. Sibling to the widely popular Hakkasan and Omnia night clubs, JEWEL is set up as more of a boutique, intimate experience. But in regular Vegas fashion it is huge and expansive.

Getting on a little past 1am, The Chainsmokers, were their usual selves doing their crazy $#^@. They played their usual suspects such as Dont Let Me Down, Inside Out, and Roses. And of course the Kayne speech came out again. Reminder – don’t vote for Trump. They played for a couple of hours to a sold out crowd. JEWEL is slowly becoming their mecca and lighthouse just as Tiesto has Hakkasan and Calvin has Omnia. The Chainsmokers have JEWEL.
