Insomniac Releases Official EDC Vegas Trailer

Insomniac is kicking off a week of exciting announcements surrounding North America’s largest music festival, Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) Las Vegas, with the premiere of the official 2015 festival trailer, which can be viewed here.

Throughout this upcoming week, festival attendees and dance music lovers alike can look forward to a number of surprises, including the release of the festival lineup and the exciting launch of a new charitable giving initiative that will unite Las Vegas and fans while helping an extremely deserving cause.

“Today’s release of the official EDC Las Vegas trailer not only reminds me of the special memories we made at last year’s festival, but also makes me look forward to seeing our Headliners’ expressions as they walk through this year’s brand-new festival design,” says Pasquale Rotella, Founder and CEO of Insomniac. “All year long, my team and I work really hard to develop new creative concepts to keep each EDC Vegas a unique experience, and this year will be no exception.”

The final song played in the trailer is an energetic big-room house track by artists Adventure Club vs. Dallas K, titled “Crash 2.0” and designated as the “Official Anthem of EDC Las Vegas 2015” – the first time EDC has ever announced an official festival anthem. For anyone who would like to add the track to their EDC Las Vegas playlist, it’s available for purchase on iTunes at insom.co/1QdoiQ8.

EDC will once again takeover Las Vegas with the return of EDC Week from June 16–22, beginning with the return of the fourth annual EDMbiz Conference & Expo. This three-day conference will host a variety of innovative and insightful panels led by the dance music industry’s top managers, labels, agents, brand executives and more from June 16–18 at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

EDC Week would not be complete without the nonstop parties taking place along the Strip at some of Las Vegas’ most exclusive nightclubs and dayclubs. These EDC-branded events allow fans – both with and without festival passes – to enjoy the community spirit of EDC outside the festival grounds, with top DJs from around the globe.

EDC Las Vegas will completely transform more than 100 acres of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway into an interactive playground of beautiful sights and sounds, from June 19–21, 2015. More than 400,000 fans will come together to experience the world-famous festival over three desert nights, featuring performances by the world’s top electronic dance music artists, incredible audiovisual displays, larger-than-life art installations, colorful theatrical performers, carnival rides and much more.

Additional announcements regarding EDC Las Vegas 2015 will be revealed throughout this week.

A limited number of VIP tickets for those 21 and over are still available and priced at $699 (before service fees). Passes can be purchased at LasVegas.ElectricDaisyCarnival.com. General admission tickets are sold out.
