Reporting a specific issue

A useful report identifies the article URL, the exact statement and a public supporting source. Private receipts, passwords and authentication codes are unnecessary. The contact page explains whether a verified public submission route is available.

Recording an amendment

After checking a report, the editor should add the date, affected statement and supporting source to the article and this register. A pending issue must not be described as resolved merely because the page has been edited.
