Over a pair of 12” releases on his own BROADWALK RECORDS, JULIO BASHMORE rounded off 2014 in prolific style with a succession of brilliant tracks (SIMPLE LOVE, RHYTHM OF AULD, KNOCKIN’ BOOTS, PETALS) that provided an early taste of the sound of his forthcoming debut album. Axwell and Ingrosso have been very mysterious on their various social media accounts lately. They always seem to do a great job at leaving fans wondering what surprise they have in store for us next.
Their most recent stunt is a series of trailers on their website that all connect in an incredibly creative way. The first trailer shows the duo riding motorcycles down a long desert road to a snippet of their track ‘Something New’. The next is a continuation of the story where you see the due starring in an action movie that’s reminiscent of fight club to their track ‘On My Way’. The third is a quick video to the track ‘Can’t Hold Us Down’, where you see Axwell and Ingrosso being chased in a field outside of a run down warehouse.

According to a new report, Apple has been working on a significant overhaul of its recently-purchased Beats Music software. Part of Beats Electronics’ empire and founded by Dr. Dre and Jimmy Lovine, Beats Music will reportedly be “deeply integrated” into the iOS mobile operating system, iTunes media store, and Apple TV, instead of just installing the new music streaming service onto its devices.
